Sinai EM Wellness Advisory Program

An opt-out initiative by our very own Allie Lockwood to connect residents with longitudinal wellness advisors that can help assess and provide resources for their wellness needs. All residents should have gotten an email for a pre-scheduled appointment. If speaking to a wellness advisor is something that you may be interested in, please reach out to Ben Hong privately and we’ll set it up!

WellConnect

Partnered with Sinai to offer 24/7 mental health support and a crisis hotline for students and trainees. This number can help connect you to a trained behavioral health counselor even if you are not in-state. They also offer other services such as legal and financial consultations, 5 free short-term counseling sessions, and more. Please see their flyer for more information.

ACEP Wellness & Assistance Program

ACEP members have access to 3 free counseling (in person or virtual) or wellness coaching sessions.

Physician Support Line

A national, free, and confidential support line staffed by volunteer psychiatrists to provide peer support for physicians and med students. No appointment is necessary.
