Dr. Micah Nite is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish Literature from Vanderbilt University. Dr. Nite attended the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine and graduated in 2008. He then completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 2012. Prior to joining the faculty at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Dr. Nite was an Attending Physician at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center in Brooklyn, New York. Currently he works clinically at Elmhurst Hospital Center. His interests include Ultrasound and Medical Student Education. Dr. Nite serves as the Elmhurst site director for the Emergency Medicine Clerkship and as the Clerkship Director for the Visiting Student Emergency Medicine Elective. He holds an RDMS certification and is fluent in Spanish.
