Dr. Christine Saracino is a Clinical Instructor of Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics as well as Emergency Medicine Simulation Faculty at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Saracino received her B.A. in Chemistry from New York University prior to completing medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2012. Dr. Saracino completed a Pediatrics residency and chief residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Following residency, Dr. Saracino completed fellowships in both pediatric emergency medicine and clinical simulation, also at Maimonides Medical Center. Her interests include the use of simulation to promote both learning and patient safety. She is currently involved in simulation education for medical students, emergency medicine residents, and pediatric emergency medicine fellows.
