Dr. Adam Hill is a 2008 graduate of Loyola University Chicago’s Stritch School of Medicine. He completed an internship at Henry Ford Hospital and graduated from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine Emergency Medicine residency in 2012. Prior to joining the faculty at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, he was a Staff Physician at Alice Hyde Medical Center in upstate New York serving a predominantly rural and Native American community.
Dr. Hill is Director of the wilderness medicine medical student elective, the resident specialty track in wilderness medicine, and the Section of Wilderness & Environmental Medicine. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Wilderness Medicine, holds a Diploma in Mountain Medicine, and is Medical Director for New Jersey Search and Rescue. He holds the faculty title of Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine.
