Dr. Ram Parekh is an assistant clinical professor and attending physician at Elmhurst Hospital Center. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from New York University and received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in 2005. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 2009 and has been working at Elmhurst Hospital Center since then.

His professional interests include sepsis, critical care, trauma, quality improvement, and difficult airway management. His departmental responsibilities include oversight of the Elmhurst monthly Clinical Quality Review and he serves as the departmental representative for sepsis care for the hospital.
