If eligible, you get paid $90-110/hr (changes depending on shift and/or location) for moonlighting.
To moonlight:
1) Check the appropriate schedule to look for openings
2) Send in the appropriate request form
3) After shift, send in the appropriate hours worked form.

To receive credit/payment for ALL moonlighting shifts, you must log your shift in New Innovations and send in the correct form:
To get paid for your Sinai ED, Sinai Peds ED, and Brooklyn ED shift please fill out this form.
To get paid for your MSBI Urgent Care shift please fill out this form (pdf version) and send it to Karr Mullen (email)
