| Ragini is an EM Resident in the Class of 2028. She grew up between India and Saudi Arabia before attending high school in New Hampshire. After college, Ragini worked at Artisan Healthcare Consulting in Boston and at the Clinton Health Access Initiative in New Delhi. During her 4th and 5th years at the Yale School of Medicine, she served as the Executive Director of the HAVEN Free Clinic and completed her MBA at the Yale School of Management. Her research interests are in solutions to ED crowding, particularly applications of operations principles and financial incentives in hospital admissions. |
