| Ly Hoang, MD, is a current resident in the ISMMS Mount Sinai/Elmhurst Hospital Emergency Medicine Residency Program. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his MD at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, where he received the ACEP National Outstanding Medical Student Award in recognition of his dedication to advancing emergency medicine.
Prior to medical school, Dr. Hoang conducted clinical research in the UW Health Emergency Department, where he developed a strong interest in Geriatric Emergency Medicine. He continued to cultivate this interest throughout medical school through research and volunteer work, while also developing passions for point-of-care ultrasound and medical education. |
