My Backstory in Brief:
I grew up in Endicott, NY. I went to Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA for undergrad and majored in Chemistry and Biology, then to McGill University in Montreal for grad school where I studied protein biochemistry and enzyme kinetics. Before continuing a research career I took a year off to work as a wilderness instructor and EMT in the south central highlands of Utah. I then worked at Pfizer Central Research primarily as a scientist in Exploratory Medicinal Sciences but also managing an outsourcing portfolio. I went to Albany Medical College and then stayed at Albany Medical Center for residency and as an attending. I started at Elmhurst in 2009.
